Branding — Custom Logo & Colors

Custom Logo

Replace the WordPress “W” logo in the admin bar with your own logo.

  1. Go to Menu Editor → Admin Bar tab.
  2. In the Branding & Logo section, check Hide WordPress logo.
  3. Click Select Logo to upload your custom logo.
  4. Set the logo width and height (recommended: 20×20px for the admin bar).
  5. Click Save Branding.

What Gets Replaced

Your logo replaces the WordPress icon in:

  • The main admin bar (top-left corner)
  • The “My Sites” dropdown icon (multisite)
  • Each subsite’s icon in the “My Sites” list
  • The site name icon on the frontend admin bar

Admin Bar Color

Change the background color of the admin bar:

  • Use the color picker for visual selection
  • Or type a color code in the text field: hex (#1a1025) or RGB (rgb(26,16,37))
  • Leave empty to auto-inherit from the active White Label theme

When White Label is active and no manual color is set, the admin bar automatically uses the WL theme’s sidebar color — including matching hover states, text colors, and accent colors.
