Network Activation
Pro Menu Editor supports WordPress multisite. Network-activate the plugin from Network Admin → Plugins so it’s available on all subsites.
What’s Shared vs Per-Site
Shared Across Network
- License: One license covers the entire network (counts as 1 site)
- Branding: Admin bar logo and colors
Per-Site (Configurable)
- Menu configurations: Each subsite has its own Default, By Role, and By User configs
- White Label: Can be network-wide OR per-site (you choose at save time)
Inheritance
If a subsite doesn’t have its own menu configuration, it inherits from the network default. This means you can set up a menu once on the main site, and all new subsites automatically get the same menu — while still allowing overrides on specific subsites.
Network Admin
The Pro Menu Editor interface is available on each subsite’s admin dashboard. There is no separate network admin page — go to each subsite’s admin to configure its menu.
