Submitting a Ticket
- Go to Submit a Ticket.
- Fill in:
- Subject: Brief description
- Category: Bug Report, Feature Request, Installation, Licensing, etc.
- Priority: Low/Medium/High/Urgent
- Message: Describe the issue in detail
- License key: (helps us check your plan/status)
- Site URL: (helps us reproduce the issue)
- Click Submit.
Response Time
- Free plan: Best-effort, typically within 48–72 hours
- Starter plan: Within 48 hours
- Pro/Agency plan: Priority support, typically within 24 hours
What to Include for Faster Help
- Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- WordPress version, PHP version, and theme name
- List of active plugins
- Any error messages (check browser console with F12)
