How to Contact Support

Before Submitting a Ticket

  1. Search the Knowledge Base — your answer might already be here.
  2. Try disabling other plugins temporarily to rule out conflicts.
  3. Clear all caches (plugin cache, browser cache, server cache).

Submitting a Ticket

  1. Go to Submit a Ticket.
  2. Fill in:
    • Subject: Brief description
    • Category: Bug Report, Feature Request, Installation, Licensing, etc.
    • Priority: Low/Medium/High/Urgent
    • Message: Describe the issue in detail
    • License key: (helps us check your plan/status)
    • Site URL: (helps us reproduce the issue)
  3. Click Submit.

Response Time

  • Free plan: Best-effort, typically within 48–72 hours
  • Starter plan: Within 48 hours
  • Pro/Agency plan: Priority support, typically within 24 hours

What to Include for Faster Help

  • Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
  • WordPress version, PHP version, and theme name
  • List of active plugins
  • Any error messages (check browser console with F12)
